Exhausted, but yet, Contented.
Headed to BloodBank today with PingLynn & Joan.
Accompanied Joan for her blood donation before
going for Youth Donors Club Ambassador Workshop.
Nice kind people ;D

Rushed to KKHospital with JiaMing for volunteerw.
Went for ward visits at the children's tower.
Talked to the kids, gave them stickers, flowers.

There was this particular little girl/
She was like expressionless and looking at us.
Then we went over, talked to her.
She didnt give any response & we thought she didnt understand us.
Gave her some powerpuff girls stickers. & she.. smiled and yay-ed
& it was her smile that made me felt that all effort put in didnt come to waste.
It was only a simple affordable present.
& Yet it was sufficient to make her feel. so.. happy.

& there was this boy, Eldrin i think.
He's one of those in a more serious conditon.
Like.. all the tubes poking through him...& had difficulty speaking.
But yet he's like so cheerful, and accepted my flowerrrrrsssss
though it wasnt much of a boy-thing.


Its really really nice to see them waving back at you, responding
to your Hi5s, smiling back at you,thanking you.
& its just.. priceless.
These kids, lovely.
& their parents, wonderful.
